Matt Kafka is a seasoned real estate capital markets professional with extensive experience in investment advisory, debt and equity placement, and institutional transactions. Based in Houston, he serves as an Executive Managing Director, National Production Leader, and Co-Head of the Houston office for JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and sales.

As a member of the JLL U.S. Capital Markets Executive Committee, Matt helps guide the overall direction of the platform. He specializes in debt, equity, and investment advisory transactions across all major property types and has completed more than $24 billion in commercial real estate transactions.

Known for his deep relationships and market insight, Matt provides perspective on capital markets trends, liquidity, and investment strategy. His experience navigating multiple market cycles brings a disciplined, informed approach to real estate decision-making.
