Matt Khourie is a seasoned real estate executive with more than four decades of experience across development, investment management, and global real estate strategy. He has held senior leadership roles at some of the industry’s leading organizations, overseeing large-scale platforms and complex investment activity across multiple markets.

Matt previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Trammell Crow Company, where he led the firm’s operations and expanded its development pipeline, and as Chief Executive Officer of CBRE Global Investors, where he oversaw global investment management. He later served as Vice Chairman of Trammell Crow Company, advising on strategic initiatives and investment activity across U.S. and international platforms.

Known for his strategic perspective and deep understanding of real estate cycles, Matt brings insight across capital allocation, global investment management, and organizational leadership.
