Warren Otto is an experienced real estate investment professional with a long track record in portfolio management, acquisitions, and institutional investment strategy. He most recently served as a Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at Stockbridge, where he focused on sourcing, evaluating, and managing investments across a range of property types.

Over the course of his career, Warren has developed deep expertise in asset and portfolio management, capital deployment, and market research, with more than four decades of experience in the real estate industry. At Stockbridge, he worked closely with institutional partners to execute investment strategies and oversee asset performance across the full lifecycle.

Prior to Stockbridge, Warren held senior roles at RREEF, where he served as a Managing Director and led large-scale portfolio initiatives, including work with CalWest Industrial Properties, a joint venture with CalPERS that acquired, managed and sold several billions of dollars in assets.

Known for his disciplined approach and strategic perspective, Warren brings insight into portfolio construction, risk management, and navigating real estate cycles across institutional platforms.
