The acquisition is comprised of four Class B assets, totaling 482,523 square feet.

The infill locations have highly prized logistics proximity with immediate access to major highway systems which positions the portfolio to capture the bulk of Houston’s industrial tenants.

Two of the buildings are located in East Houston — one inside and one just outside Loop 610 —near Interstate 10 and Highway 90. The other two are in core in-fill Northwest Houston, a highly sought-after area just off Highway 290 and within Beltway 8.

The portfolio is strategically located in high-demand areas, providing a strong investment opportunity amid rising construction costs and is tailored toward small tenants with a focus on population density and growth.
