A mixed-use development on Belt Line Road in Far North Dallas has added new restaurants and stores to its growing list of tenants.

Work/Shop, owned by Dallas-based Catlyn Capital Corp. and Houston-based Triten Real Estate Partners LLC, is a 12-acre mixed-use property that has been redeveloped into an urban, walkable environment for diners, shoppers and professionals.

The latest tenants aim to increase traffic as the property evolves further.

Even Coast Seafood, a new upscale Dallas restaurant serving steak, seafood and pasta, and Rose Couture Nail Bar have secured space. Meanwhile, San Martin Bakery, a Guatemalan restaurant known for its baked goods, opened its third location at Work/Shop in a 6,600-square-foot space.

And in February, the building was reportedly at 65% occupancy after Envision Physician Services moved its office to Work-Shop from a space near Galleria Dallas.

Triten began renovations after buying the property in 2019. Updates to the 67,215-square-foot building included a newly designed lobby, a conferencing room, new coworking space and an outside patio with golf course views.

Venture handles retail leasing for the property while Dallas-based CBRE heads up new office leases.

Triten Real Estate also owns other office and mixed-use redevelopments across Dallas-Fort Worth, including Assembly Park, a project with 180,000 square feet of office space and 17,000 square feet of retail and restaurants.
