Bailey Chaddick joined Triten Real Estate Partners as a Property Accountant, bringing a diverse background in public accounting and internal audit across industries such as construction, electrical, communications, and government.

Her passion for accounting began at Texas State University, where she earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s in Accountancy. During this time, she developed a keen interest in problem-solving, which she enjoys most about her profession. Her experience includes roles at PKF Texas as an Audit Associate and at Humble ISD as a Construction Bond Auditor. Bailey is also CPA-eligible and an active member of TASBO (Texas Association of School Business Officials).

Bailey’s unique combination of curiosity, adaptability, and sociability makes her stand out in the world of finance. Despite accounting’s reputation for quiet work, Bailey thrives in a collaborative, engaging office environment. She is excited to contribute her skills to Triten and grow alongside the team.

Outside of work, Bailey resides in East Downtown Houston with her beloved black cat, Boomie. She enjoys painting, DIY projects, and exploring the city’s food scene. A lifelong learner, Bailey has a passion for personal growth and is always open to trying new things—whether it's a new restaurant or reading tarot cards for friends.
