Cheyenne Pellegrin is the Development and Construction Coordinator at Triten Real Estate Partners, where she supports real estate projects through all phases of development and construction. With a strong foundation in project coordination, construction administration, and vendor management, she brings a detail-oriented and process-driven approach to her work.

Before joining Triten, Cheyenne gained valuable experience at a commercial general contracting firm, where she was deeply involved in pre-construction planning, permitting, site coordination, and project closeout. Her hands-on involvement in a wide range of assignments has shaped her into a collaborative team member known for both operational efficiency and big-picture thinking.

Cheyenne holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is passionate about professional growth and continuous learning. Her proactive mindset and problem-solving capabilities allow her to navigate complex project dynamics with precision and adaptability.

Outside of work, Cheyenne enjoys spending time with her English Bulldog, Jolene. She enjoys reading, designing floral arrangements, and planning travel experiences.
