Claire Acosta is an accomplished Asset Manager at Triten Real Estate Partners. Claire began her career as an intern with Weingarten’s acquisition team before advancing to a Senior Associate position at PM Realty Group and later serving as Director of Asset Management at Madison Marquette.

With a strong analytical background rooted in her math degree from UT Austin, Claire excels at running the numbers and navigating the complexities of asset management. She finds fulfillment in witnessing the tangible results of her work, from budgeting and negotiating to seeing projects come to life.

Born and raised in Houston, Claire’s personal interests reflect her multifaceted personality. A former member of a women’s amateur boxing club during college, she now enjoys a quieter pace with her book club, often pairing her reading with a glass of wine. She loves traveling, with Mexico City being a recent favorite destination, and cherishes time with her husband, Rafa, and their bichon poodle, Stella.
