With two years in the industry, Keith has already contributed to an impressive portfolio, including $140 million in traditional industrial acquisitions, 600,000 square feet of speculative industrial development, and $50 million in IOS acquisitions.

Keith’s transition to real estate was fueled by his fascination with leveraging data and analysis to make informed, impactful decisions. His background in mechanical and aerospace engineering, earned through a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Princeton University, equips him with a sharp, quantitative approach that distinguishes him in the field. This unique perspective allows him to approach challenges free from traditional biases, driving innovative solutions.

A former varsity baseball player, Keith’s competitive spirit and dedication are evident in his fast-paced and consistent learning style. He describes his career as defined by growth, adaptability, and a focus on achieving tangible results. As a member of NAIOP’s Developing Leaders program, Keith is committed to furthering his expertise and contributing to Triten’s expansion through strategic acquisitions and developments.

Outside of work, Keith enjoys staying active through workouts and golfing with his dad, and he harbors a passion for music, playing the cello in his spare time. Raised in Knoxville, he dreams of visiting Norris Lake and one day going skydiving.
