Kyler Lambert is an Associate in Asset Management at Triten Real Estate Partners, where he brings a strong foundation in financial strategy, risk management, and real estate investment. With a diverse background that spans commercial banking, institutional asset management, and private real estate development, Kyler offers a unique, well-rounded perspective to Triten’s investment and development platform.

Before joining Triten, Kyler worked at Riverbend Development, where he focused on financial analysis and portfolio reporting across various real estate asset classes. His work included the development and leasing of a 98,000-square-foot retail center in El Paso, as well as the structuring of over $40 million in debt and equity for self-storage acquisitions across Texas. He also previously held roles at Dimensional Fund Advisors and Western Heritage Bank, earning Series 7 and 66 licenses along the way.

Kyler earned a B.B.A. in Finance and Risk Management from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, where he was also a member of the university’s baseball team. He is passionate about continuous learning, thoughtful problem-solving, and contributing to projects that positively impact communities.

Originally from New Mexico and now based in Houston, Kyler enjoys being outdoors, playing golf, catching live music, and discovering new places to eat. He is also an advocate for autism awareness and serves as a board member of Every Little Blessing Preschool in El Paso.
