Noelle McCutcheon serves as Asset Manager for Triten's residential division, bringing more than 15 years of experience in multifamily real estate investment, asset management, and operations. Throughout her career, she has led assets through acquisition, management, redevelopment, and disposition while consistently driving operational improvements and maximizing portfolio performance.

Her experience spans executive, regional, and director-level leadership roles, including positions with Emerge Living, Evolve Living, and Avenue Living. Over the years, Noelle has overseen large-scale portfolios, implemented strategic financial controls, managed redevelopment initiatives, and developed operational models focused on increasing NOI and improving resident experience. She is known for combining analytical problem-solving with practical execution to guide teams through growth, transitions, and technology integrations.

Noelle earned both her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Miami. She is also a LEED Accredited Professional, reflecting her interest in sustainable and forward-thinking real estate practices.

A Houston native, Noelle was drawn to real estate through her long-standing interest in architecture and the built environment. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, building LEGO models, traveling, and spending time with her dogs, Josephine and Rocky.
