Quynh Hoang serves as a Portfolio and Asset Management Analyst at Triten Real Estate Partners, where she supports strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis and portfolio performance insights. With a background that blends technology, analytics, and real estate, Quynh brings a unique and forward-thinking perspective to asset management.

Prior to joining Triten, Quynh worked as a consultant at Deloitte in the AI & Data Engineering group. There, she led data modernization initiatives, built large-scale data systems, and developed reporting tools that enhanced operational visibility and financial analysis. Her experience includes designing enterprise data lakes, building financial reporting applications, and supporting major federal contracts.

Quynh earned her B.B.A. in Management of Information Systems from the University of Texas at Austin, with minors in Computer Science and Finance. Her interest in commercial real estate began during her time at UT and continued to grow through her involvement with the Urban Land Institute. She is particularly drawn to the analytical and creative aspects of structuring real estate investments and navigating the dynamic nature of the industry.

Outside of work, Quynh enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and playing video games with friends. She especially looks forward to visiting Vietnam to celebrate Lunar New Year with loved ones.
