Adam Oscislawski is an Analyst at Triten Real Estate Partners, where he supports the Industrial and IOS team in evaluating acquisition opportunities through market research, financial analysis, and underwriting.

Prior to joining Triten, Adam built his career in client-facing business development roles with companies including Verkada, Red Bull, and LotLinx. That experience helped him develop strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills that complement his analytical approach to real estate investing.

Adam earned his Master of Finance from Arizona State University after completing his undergraduate studies at Rice University, where he competed as a Division I student-athlete on the men's tennis team. His background in finance, business development, and competitive athletics has shaped a disciplined, collaborative, and relationship-driven approach to his work.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys playing tennis, running, biking, trying new restaurants with his wife, and spending time with family and friends.
