Aliana Stafford is an Assistant Property Manager at Triten Real Estate Partners, bringing experience in commercial property management and operations. Prior to joining Triten, she worked with Transwestern, supporting property operations and building her expertise in the day-to-day management of commercial assets.

Aliana enjoys the problem-solving nature of property management and brings a thoughtful approach to identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve operations. She is involved with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and was selected for IREM’s 2026 Future Leaders program, an accomplishment she is particularly proud of.

Originally from Louisiana, Aliana earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Southern University A&M College in Baton Rouge. Outside of work, she enjoys relaxing vacations near the water, spending time with family and friends, cooking, and coloring as a way to unplug and unwind.
