Andrew Reppert
Andrew is an Associate with Triten Real Estate Partners based out of the Dallas office. As an associate, Andrew assists with the front-end evaluation, due diligence, closing, and business plan implementation for Triten’s multifamily acquisitions and developments within major Texas markets.
Prior to joining Triten, Andrew was an Investment Analyst with TriGate Capital, a middle-market real estate private equity firm out of Dallas. As an analyst, Andrew was responsible for assisting with underwriting new acquisition opportunities and supporting asset management with existing investments. Andrew was also an analyst with McCord Development, where he was responsible for investment analysis across all asset classes at McCord's master-planned commercial development, Generation Park. Prior to being an analyst, Andrew interned in Houston with Stonelake Capital Partners and HFF's debt placement team.
Andrew attended Baylor University and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate. While at Baylor, he served as a Student Analyst covering the Financials and Real Estate Sector for the Phillip M. Dorr Investment Fund.
