Angie Beard serves as Property Administrator for Triten Real Estate Partners' Dallas portfolio, bringing extensive experience in property management and accounting across a diverse range of asset types, including office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, multifamily, HOA, and single-family properties. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for strong organization, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to tenants and stakeholders.

Prior to joining Triten, Angie held property management and administrative roles with organizations including Granite Properties, Younger Partners, and Guardian Management. Her experience includes working closely with tenants, vendors, ownership groups, and on-site teams to support daily operations, maintain strong tenant relationships, and ensure properties operate efficiently and effectively. She is particularly recognized for her communication skills and her ability to foster long-term tenant satisfaction and retention.

A longtime Texas resident, Angie studied Finance and Psychology at Southern University in Baton Rouge. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, traveling, attending festivals, and spending time outdoors. She is passionate about animal welfare and has volunteered with local animal shelters. Whether gathering with family and friends, discovering a new restaurant, or cheering on her favorite sports teams, Angie values community, connection, and making the most of every experience.
