Ashley Barras is an Assistant Property Manager at Triten Real Estate Partners, bringing experience in commercial property operations, tenant relations, and day-to-day property management. Prior to joining Triten, Ashley worked with Lee & Associates, where she advanced from Property Assistant to Assistant Property Manager and gained hands-on experience supporting the operations of commercial properties.

Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Ashley spent a decade in the retail and cosmetics industry as a licensed esthetician. That customer-facing background continues to shape her approach to property management, with an emphasis on strong tenant relationships, responsive service, and creating positive experiences. She enjoys the variety of property management and the opportunity to solve problems while keeping day-to-day operations moving efficiently.

Ashley studied Communications at Blinn College and the University of Houston and has continued her professional development through IREM coursework. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and trying new restaurants. She is also passionate about mentorship and giving back to her community, having volunteered with organizations including Kids’ Meals, the Houston Food Bank, and Star of Hope.
