Charles Hall
Charles Hall works as an Asset Manager for Triten Real Estate Partners' Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) platform. He is responsible for the execution of asset-level plans and aligning platform strategy with the acquisitions team.
Before Triten, Charles managed leasing transactions across a 14M square foot industrial portfolio for CEVA Logistics and drove the first land acquisition and ground-up development project. Before CEVA, he managed real estate at a private ocean terminal in the Port of Houston. Charles received his bachelor’s degree from Baylor University and then earned his MBA from the University of St. Thomas. He enjoys reading, swimming, and early morning breakfasts with friends when he’s not spending time with his wife, Madeleine, or running after their three kids.
