Chris Oropeza

Chris Oropeza brings a decade of experience in construction and development to his role as Senior Construction Manager at Triten Real Estate Partners. With five years spent working for a developer and another five with a general contractor, Chris has honed his expertise in project management, issue identification, and delivering high-quality outcomes. His journey in the industry began with encouragement from friends during his time at the University of Houston, where he earned a degree in Construction Management.

Known for his adaptability and hunger to learn, Chris thrives on the dynamic nature of real estate development. He takes pride in balancing multiple projects while maintaining quality and ensuring solutions are implemented proactively. His ability to ask the right questions and continuously expand his knowledge base sets him apart in his profession.

Outside of work, Chris is passionate about helping underserved communities and promoting financial literacy among minorities. He enjoys staying active, traveling—Europe being a favorite destination—and spending time with his wife, Ashley, and their dog, Kibblez. Fun fact: Chris once trained with the Houston Dynamo soccer team for a year, a testament to his drive and commitment.
