Colby MacMillan acts as Property Manager for Triten's mixed-use assets in Houston. With a career spanning roles at CBRE, where he served as an Associate Real Estate Manager, and JLL, where he was a General Manager, Colby has honed his expertise in property operations, financial management, and project execution.

Passionate about creating and maintaining spaces that enhance communities, Colby thrives in the dynamic and challenging environment of commercial real estate. His analytical expertise and strategic problem-solving skills allow him to manage properties efficiently and deliver impactful results. Colby is particularly skilled in overseeing operational processes and contributing to the long-term success of assets under his management.

A graduate of Texas State University with a degree in Marketing and Management, Colby was an active participant in Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE). He continues to deepen his industry knowledge through memberships in BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) and IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management).

Outside of work, Colby enjoys spending time outdoors, with Switzerland at the top of his travel bucket list. He is accompanied on his adventures by his German Shorthaired Pointer, Gertrude, and values family vacations as a way to recharge. A thrill-seeker, skydiving remains one of his aspirations.
