Cole Green serves as a Capital Markets Associate at Triten Real Estate Partners, bringing experience across both the financing and investment sides of commercial real estate. His background spans a wide range of property types and capital structures, providing him with a well-rounded perspective on evaluating and executing real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Triten, Cole worked with CBRE Capital Markets in Washington, D.C., as part of the Debt & Structured Finance team. During his time at CBRE, he was involved in more than $2.4 billion of debt and equity financings across a variety of property types. He later joined Marble Capital, a real estate private equity firm, where he executed more than $400 million of investments representing over $2 billion in aggregate project costs.

Cole earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia. His experience working with lenders, investors, developers, owner-operators, and a diverse range of properties has shaped an analytical and relationship-driven approach to capital markets.

A Houston native, Cole enjoys skiing, playing golf, and music. He is also passionate about his local community, including volunteering as a youth baseball coach.
