Associate, Asset Management
Collin Wong
Collin Wong is an Asset Management Associate at Triten Real Estate Partners, bringing more than five years of experience in commercial real estate advisory and asset management. Prior to joining Triten, Collin worked with Northmarq Advisory Services, where he supported multiple portfolios and assets totaling more than 7 million square feet across several markets.
Throughout his career, Collin has developed expertise in financial modeling, leasing strategy, portfolio analysis, and asset management. His experience also includes managing a 30-plus-property family office real estate portfolio, giving him a broad perspective across property operations, investment strategy, and value creation. In addition to his professional experience, Collin has been actively involved in the real estate industry through leadership with the Real Estate Association at Rice University.
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Collin spent several years living in Seattle and Portland before relocating to Houston. He was drawn to commercial real estate because of its tangible nature and the direct impact it has on people and communities. He enjoys the opportunity to create value while working closely with people and projects in the real world.
Outside of work, Collin enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly fishing and traveling to Alaska each year with his family. A lifelong sports fan, he grew up playing competitive soccer and captained his high school team to the Washington state championship. He is also an avid horse racing enthusiast and a loyal Seattle Seahawks fan. Now in Houston, he looks forward to exploring fishing opportunities along the Gulf Coast.
