Conor Fitzpatrick brings two decades of commercial real estate experience to his role as CFO at Triten Real Estate Partners. His career began immediately after graduating from UC Santa Barbara with a degree in Business Economics, where he discovered a passion for the industry. Conor spent 14 years at LBA Realty, honing his skills in leadership, team development, and transaction management.

Known for his ability to build scalable and efficient processes, Conor is dedicated to fostering growth and innovation at Triten. He takes pride in leading teams and developing trusted relationships while tackling the complexities of real estate accounting and asset management.

Originally from Long Beach, California, Conor moved to Texas three years ago with his wife, Melanie, their three children—Owen, Gracie, and Will—and their dog, Finn. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports, and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs. A lover of warm destinations, the Bahamas is a top choice for his travel bucket list.
