Hamza has joined Triten Real Estate Partners as an Analyst, bringing experience in private equity real estate across a variety of asset classes and markets. Prior to joining Triten, Hamza worked with Greystar and completed roles with DivcoWest and Project Destined, developing experience in underwriting, financial modeling, due diligence, and investment analysis.

Throughout his career, Hamza has contributed to investments across multifamily, industrial, student housing, affordable housing, office, and life science assets. His experience includes evaluating development and value-add opportunities, building investment models, and analyzing the market and property fundamentals that drive long-term value.

Hamza earned his bachelor's degree in Economics and Mathematics from Emory University, where he was involved with the Goizueta Real Estate Group, Emory Polo Team, Emory Miracle, and Kappa Sigma Fraternity. His interest in commercial real estate was influenced by his father and strengthened by the industry's combination of analytical problem-solving, tangible results, and relationship building.

Outside of work, Hamza enjoys working out, discovering new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with his black Labrador, Hunter. Having lived in Pakistan, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States, he brings a broad perspective and adaptability shaped by his experiences across different cultures and communities.
