John Hardaway is a Partner at Triten Real Estate Partners and leads the firm’s Dallas office. He is responsible for sourcing and executing acquisitions, development, and asset management strategies across the DFW market. With more than 15 years of experience in real estate investment and development, John has been instrumental in repositioning underutilized properties and delivering transformative mixed-use projects such as Assembly Park in Plano and Work/Shop in Dallas.

Before joining Triten, John was a Managing Partner at Rough Creek Capital and a Partner at HPI Real Estate, where he focused on acquisitions and finance. He began his career in investment banking at Bank of America. John holds both an MBA and a BBA in Finance and Accounting from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
