Jorge Escoto is an accomplished property management professional with experience managing a diverse portfolio of industrial, medical, and office assets. Before joining Triten Real Estate Partners as a Property Manager, Jorge honed his skills at Fuller Realty Interest, LLC, and Healthcare Realty Trust, Inc., where he excelled as a Property Administrator and Assistant Property Manager, respectively.

Jorge’s entry into property management was sparked during his MBA studies, where he discovered a passion for solving complex challenges and building meaningful relationships with tenants. His career has been defined by achievements such as implementing strategic cost-saving initiatives, overseeing property improvements that enhanced tenant satisfaction, and cultivating strong vendor and tenant relationships to streamline operations.

Jorge holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, with minors in Psychology and Market Analysis.
