Jose Gonzalez serves as Senior Building Engineer for Triten Real Estate Partners’ Dallas properties, bringing more than two decades of experience in commercial real estate operations and building engineering. Since beginning his career in 1998, Jose has worked across a wide range of property types and complex building systems, developing a strong reputation for technical expertise, problem-solving, and operational leadership.

Throughout his career, Jose has held engineering and maintenance roles with organizations including Trammell Crow, Stream Realty Partners, BH Properties, and Pillar Commercial. His experience spans everything from hands-on building operations and preventative maintenance to large-scale construction support and due diligence coordination. Most recently, he contributed to major construction projects, including an assignment in Puerto Rico where he worked closely with senior construction and asset management teams to support project execution.

Originally from Laredo, Texas, Jose enjoys spending time outdoors, whether fishing, camping, yard work, or attending family cookouts. He is a proud father of four and is excited to begin a new chapter as a grandfather. In his free time, he also enjoys baking, following construction and carpentry projects, and traveling.
