Juan Bustamante has joined Triten Real Estate Partners as an Analyst, supporting the company's multifamily platform. Prior to joining Triten, Juan worked as a Financial Analyst with Emerge Living, where he gained experience evaluating real estate performance and began building his career in the industry.

Juan approaches real estate with curiosity about both the investment thesis and the people behind each opportunity. He is particularly interested in how thoughtful investment decisions can translate into tangible outcomes, creating places where people are proud to live and communities where they enjoy spending time.

Juan earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Houston. During his time there, he served as Vice President of the Undergraduate Real Estate Scholars and President of the Private Equity Real Estate Scholars. He has also been involved with industry organizations including ULI, CREW, and IREM.

A Houston native, Juan enjoys playing soccer, traveling, and exploring the city in his free time. He is also passionate about community involvement and environmental initiatives, including supporting organizations such as Trees for Houston. An avid traveler and outdoor enthusiast, one of his personal goals is to summit a fourteener.
