Kimberly Guillory has joined Triten Real Estate Partners as a Property Manager, bringing more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. Her background spans property and facility operations, tenant relations, capital projects, vendor management, budgeting, and risk management. Prior to Triten, Kimberly held property management roles with Granite Properties, Hertz Investment Group, Parmenter Realty Partners, and Brookfield Properties.

Throughout her career, Kimberly has developed a reputation for balancing big-picture priorities with the day-to-day details required to operate properties successfully. She enjoys the problem-solving nature of property management and places a strong emphasis on building relationships and finding practical solutions. Kimberly holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management and is involved with both IREM and BOMA.

A Houston native, Kimberly enjoys spending time with family, international travel, experiencing new cultures, and shopping. She is also passionate about supporting seniors and children and has volunteered with RaiseUp Families.
