Lauren Kerns is an Asset Manager at Triten Real Estate Partners, bringing more than 14 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in industrial asset and portfolio management, capital markets, joint ventures, and institutional investor relations. Prior to joining Triten, she served as Managing Director of Asset Management at WPT Capital Advisors, where she led portfolio initiatives and collaborated with investment, leasing, construction, finance, and institutional capital partners to execute investment strategies.

Previously, Lauren spent nearly 12 years with Panattoni Development Company, advancing from Analyst to Director of Portfolio Management. During her tenure, she played a key role in managing institutional joint venture relationships, including Panattoni’s programmatic partnership with CalSTRS and Principal Real Estate Investors. Her experience spans investment strategy, capital structuring, financing, dispositions, and portfolio oversight across domestic and international markets.

Lauren earned her undergraduate degree in Finance from Iowa State University and a master’s degree from the University of Denver. She brings a strategic, relationship-driven approach to real estate, combining big-picture investment thinking with the details required for successful execution. She enjoys navigating complex challenges, building trusted partnerships, and connecting people, capital, and investment strategy to create long-term value.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, skiing, golfing, traveling, and staying active with family and friends.
