Myron Pendley is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience in construction and commercial real estate. Before transitioning to real estate 10 years ago, Myron built a distinguished 26-year career as a general contractor, holding leadership roles at esteemed organizations like JE Dunn Construction, where he advanced to Vice President and Group Manager. During his tenure, he was instrumental in repositioning the company as a key player in the Houston market, growing revenues from $40 million to $400 million in just four years.

Myron’s expertise spans a diverse range of sectors, including healthcare, education, labs, correctional facilities, office, retail, restaurants, and multifamily projects. His accomplishments include delivering the Salina Public School District’s $98 million bond program on time and under budget by $500,000, as well as completing the M-K-T development during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. His versatility and ability to adapt to complex projects make him a vital contributor to Triten Real Estate Partners.

At Triten, Myron takes pride in working with multiple teams across various projects, leveraging his unique ability to integrate construction expertise into real estate development. His goal is to continue growing Triten’s construction division to support national endeavors.

Myron holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design/Construction Science from the University of Oklahoma. A native of Oklahoma City, he carries a passion for fly fishing and golfing, often seeking destinations above 8,000 feet with trout-filled streams. He cherishes time with his wife, Laura, their two children, Grace and Nicholas, and their pets, Grizzly the cat and Zorro the dog.
