Scott Arnoldy is a visionary leader with over two decades of experience in commercial real estate and investment management. Before founding Triten Real Estate Partners, Scott built his career at Goldman Sachs as an Analyst and later at Stockbridge as Vice President, where he gained invaluable expertise in advising, allocating, and operating within the real estate sector.

Scott’s career is defined by his grit, thoughtfulness, and urgency. He takes pride in building teams that outperform expectations, fostering a collaborative environment where individuals grow into roles that surpass his own contributions.

At Triten, Scott is focused on assembling a dynamic team to drive innovation and achieve the company’s ambitious goals. He is an active member of YPO, ULI, REFIC, and the TCU Real Estate Center, reflecting his commitment to staying at the forefront of industry advancements and fostering professional connections.

A graduate of Texas Christian University (TCU), Scott balances his professional life with a love for the outdoors. Whether cycling, hunting, skiing, or hiking, he finds inspiration and relaxation in nature. Originally from Houston, he shares his life with his wife, Katie, their three children—Annabel, Libby, and Jack—and their dog, Kona.
