Sharese Mansell serves as an Assistant Property Manager at Triten Real Estate Partners, bringing more than 25 years of experience in accounting, financial operations, and compliance. With a strong foundation in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting, she is known for streamlining processes while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency in fast-paced environments.

Prior to joining Triten, Sharese spent three years with a commercial HVAC company, where she partnered closely with Property Managers on maintenance contracts, repairs, due diligence reporting, and certificate of insurance (COI) compliance. Her career also includes experience in insurance and various accounting roles, giving her a well-rounded perspective on financial management and risk mitigation. She holds an Accounts Payable Specialist certification and is a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent.

Drawn to commercial real estate through her close collaboration with property management teams, Sharese brings a proactive, detail-oriented approach to supporting property operations and tenant needs. She thrives on organization, compliance tracking, and ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Outside of work, Sharese enjoys working out, reading, and traveling—especially to beach destinations. In her downtime, she enjoys learning about health and wellness and spending time with her family.
