Sharon Friedensohn

Sharon Friedensohn is a dynamic and results-driven professional with over a decade of experience in real estate operations and management. Beginning her career in 2012, Sharon has held impactful roles, including nearly eight years with Greenleaf Management, where she rose to Director of Operations, and three years as Regional Manager with Thompson Thrift. Her expertise lies in building internal structures and processes that enable teams and organizations to scale effectively.

Sharon’s passion for real estate stems from its dynamic, fast-paced nature, offering constant opportunities to learn and grow. Among her proudest accomplishments are helping Thompson Thrift develop scalable structures, overseeing five new developments in Florida that opened within five months, and mentoring individuals to advance in their careers. Sharon thrives in roles where she can positively impact others, foster collaboration, and empower teams to innovate and succeed.

A graduate of the University of Arizona with a degree in Management Information Systems, Sharon actively participated in student leadership and philanthropic organizations during her academic years. Her vision at Triten Real Estate Partners is to establish consistent operational processes and lead a team where every individual feels valued and understands their impact on the company’s success.

Originally from Houston, Sharon enjoys exercise, volleyball, and spending quality time with her family. She loves destinations with stunning natural scenery, with Switzerland being a favorite travel experience. Sharon and her husband, Chad, have two daughters, Ella and Lily, along with their Shih Tzu, Alvin. She is passionate about volunteering and seeks opportunities to give back to her community with her children, such as supporting local food banks and retirement communities.

Sharon’s blend of operational expertise, leadership, and passion for fostering collaboration makes her a key contributor to Triten’s mission of innovation and growth.
