Taci McCarver-Donnell is an Operations Specialist at Triten Real Estate Partners, where she supports cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, streamlining workflows, and building scalable internal processes. With a professional background that bridges healthcare, construction, and project coordination, Taci brings a unique, solutions-focused approach to operational strategy.

Prior to joining Triten, Taci held roles in both hospital systems and the construction industry. She led process improvement initiatives at Houston Methodist and UTMB Health, where she designed and implemented systems that improved visibility, accountability, and daily operations. Before that, she supported project management and accounting for a concrete subcontractor, overseeing field-to-office coordination and operations.

Taci holds an MBA from the University of Houston–Clear Lake and a B.S. in Speech Pathology from the University of Texas at Dallas. She is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, credentials that reflect her passion for smart systems and continuous improvement.

Outside of work, Taci enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She's an avid reader, moviegoer, and traveler—whether it’s relaxing on a beach or packing an itinerary full of sightseeing, food tours, and shopping. A passionate Houston sports fan, she competes in fantasy football leagues and makes it a tradition to visit different NFL stadiums each year to watch the Texans play.
