Zach Dobin
Zach Dobin is the Portfolio Manager for Triten Real Estate Partners’ Industrial Platform, where he oversees acquisitions across regional teams, manages capital relationships, and collaborates with asset management on business plan execution. He joined Triten in 2020 as a Principal on the Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) team, later becoming Head of Acquisitions in 2023 before taking on his current role in 2025.
Prior to Triten, Zach led investment sales as Director at Cushman & Wakefield’s San Antonio office for eight years.
He holds a B.A. in Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from Rice University. Outside of work, Zach enjoys time with his wife, Caroline, and their husky, Kenzie.
